A 3-day immersive retreat for emotional clearing, energetic reset, and grounded clarity.

The Reset

Coming back to your center.

Weaving together Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and modern reflection practices, this retreat is designed to gently move emotional and mental blockages, reattune you to your core, and send you home clear, aligned, and energized.

Limited to 4 participants • Next retreat: April 30th to Mai 3rd · Areia Branca, Portugal

A gentle reset for your nervous system, mind, and heart.

Most of us are living slightly off-center — holding onto unprocessed emotion, looping in mental stories, and pushing our bodies harder than they want to go. The Reset is a spacious, facilitated container to soften the edges, listen inward, and remember what steady feels like in your own system.

Through slow, embodied movement, intentional breath, and modern reflection frameworks, you’ll unwind tension, meet what’s been stuck with compassion, and leave with practical rituals to stay connected to your center in daily life.

  • Release emotional and mental blockages held in the body
  • Restore a felt sense of safety, ease, and groundedness
  • Clarify what truly matters in this next season of your life
  • Leave with a simple daily practice to stay centered

Names and some details changed for privacy, stories shared with permission.

Questions, gently answered

I’m new to Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Is this retreat for me?

Yes. The Reset is designed for all experience levels, including complete beginners. Movements are taught in a slow, accessible way with lots of options to modify or rest. The focus is not on performing the forms perfectly, but on using them as a vehicle for listening to and resetting your system.

What if I have injuries or chronic pain?

Many participants arrive with some kind of physical limitation. We’ll offer variations for movements, emphasize listening to your own body’s pace, and you are always welcome to sit, lie down, or step out for a break. If you have specific concerns, you can share them in your application and we’ll let you know if any adaptations might be needed.

Do I have to share personal stories in the group?

No. You will be invited, not required, to speak in group circles. There will also be solo practices and written prompts so you can process internally. You always get to choose how much or how little you share.

What’s included in the price?

Your investment covers all practices and facilitation, materials for reflection, and nourishing meals during retreat hours. Lodging is arranged separately so you can choose the option that best fits your budget and needs. After acceptance, we’ll share a curated list of nearby stays.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Because spots are limited, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place once you’re accepted. If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, any remaining balance (beyond the deposit) is refundable. Within 30 days, we’re unable to offer refunds but are happy to explore transferring your spot to a future date if possible.

Coming back to your center starts with one yes.
